What is this? What I am up to?

What is the point of this blog? Who cares about this? How many people know the address of this blog?
Well...this blog is my personal tracker. I am aware that it's public and anyone can see. It will not interest anyone until I become a role model for someone. But I know that someone will see this tomorrow. And if it is personal I know could've written it in docs. But I have decided to write it all here because 'Anyone can see' factor will motivate me to keep committed. Also, it makes my writing more clear.
Till now, I have failed a lot of times trying to stick to a plan. I am doing this from 5th standard till yesterday but none of those plans did work for more than a week. So, my obsession with the infallible plan is now over. I'm not giving up on planning. From now on, I plan more, I track it more and if it fails again, I'll record the reason and move on with the next plan. All these things have to be in a public space because I have lied enough to myself. There's no accountability if it stays with me alone. As of now, a few of my closest film friends know about this blog and I have given them absolutely no reason to visit this blog again. But I'll keep sharing with more and more people whenever I write something interesting.
So, the blog contains these -
1) My plans and commitments that I work on - and the progress - and the results
2) Any story that I write which I have no interest in filming
2) Notes on the movies that I see
3) Summaries of anything new that I learn (Feymann technique)
4) Anything I find amusing and want to share with the world
I'm not writing this blog in Kannada. Because I need to improve my English writing skills that enable me with many career options.
I'll keep this blog economical, easy to read and understand in one go. I have to check in Hemingway editor and I have to re-read and use my brain to cut it short and simple.

Best Indies - Movie 1 - Slacker

What is it about - This film is about slackers. People who don't do anything and always have reasons for it. Different people have different reasons but one thing is common - They don't like to work hard. Engagement Level - I was about to quit this movie at about 30 minutes and a shy boy-girl conversation hooked me up. It was realistic and interesting. And it gave me fuel to watch some more. Then I started enjoying this new pattern and it didn't irritate me to watch. I had to quit about 72nd minute because the film is showing the same things over and over and finally it bored me. Craft - This movie doesn't have a cinematic quality. Anybody who knows to write dialogues and direct actors can do this. There is no story, so there's no need for a structure. There's nothing exciting in its Cinematography, Editing, and Sound. Though the characters have a great sense of humor, they don't deserve our empathy. Observations - There are funny dialogues...

Best Indies - Movie 7 - Lost in translation

W hat is it about - It's about how two Americans became close friends in Japan. The logline doesn't look like a film story. This film could not have been more subtle. There are very beautiful moments in this film. I love the irony that always comes at the right time on Bill Murray's face. I love Scarlett Johannson's looks and performance. So it's easy to watch this film even if it has no story. There is no much drama here. It's too realistic and forgettable. This film minus performance of those two is close to nothing. The film well shot. The humor is good, but there's only one kind of humor in this whole film. i.e how Bill reacts to the foreign language. The film shows a gradual improvement in their friendship which is good to see. The lead characters are very good guys in this film. We can connect to them because we all get lost once in a while. There is a feminine perspective in this film. I could have guessed that a female wrote this even ...
